Based on the special experience and profound understanding, the company invests much in building and improving the security system, introduces existing security assurance policies from government departments, and sets up the Security & Secrecy Assurance Committee.

System guarantee: Our company has worked out strict secrecy assurance regulations. New employees and the employees participating in new projects will be both required to sign the Confidentiality Agreements with the company. The company conducts regular secrecy checking every week, irregular large-scale secrecy checking, and regular secrecy education and training. Full-time secrecy personnel are responsible for the auditing on secrecy work.

Network security: In order to protect the customers’ information and avoid data leaking, working environment is physically separated from the external network, and working environments among different projects are also physically separated from each other. In addition, use of private storage devices is under strict control and access to external network can only be accomplished in specialized areas and computers. 

Surveillance & security: Video surveillance covers all the working areas. Sensitive areas are equipped with screen monitoring and fingerprint identification devices.
