EastBird Software Technologies Co., Ltd., founded in 2000 and appraised by SEI as CMM Level 2 in 2002, is one of the earliest companies in China that specialize in offshore software outsourcing. It is subordinated to Global EduTech Management (Suzhou) Co., Ltd (GEM Suzhou) and consists of Beijing Design Center and Suzhou Software Factory. The company, together with other two GEM members – Global Institute of Software Technology (GIST) and Global Software Training Center (GSTC), forms an innovative value chain of EPO, namely Education-Practical Training-Outsourcing. Relying on 8 years of technical experience and making full use of GEM Suzhou’s superiority in personnel cultivation, international resources, and investment and financing capability, the company expands its software outsourcing business in an all-round way towards three major markets: European & American, Japanese, and domestic markets. The company targets to be one of the most excellent providers of software outsourcing services in China within four years.
